Shining Bel

I started this awhile ago, but the hair was so royally messed up on the original sketch, I just left it on my desktop for a few weeks.
Until I hit an epiphany!
And also hit one of the harder hair styles to draw in my personal opinion.
But I love how it came out

Any who, this is yet another original character, from the same idea as most of my deviations, his nickname is Bel, hence the title of this deviation.
